Daniel Gelblum

As a teacher of Yoga and the Feldenkrais Method, Dan’s ultimate goal is to help you develop an intimate and respectful relationship with your body, as well as remind you to slow down and take things easy every once in a while.

Despite being a body-centred practice, Dan’s teachings also have wonderful meditative elements. By getting you to slow down and focus on your movements, he encourages you to put busy thoughts aside and return to a state of stillness. As with any good meditation session, you will leave his class feeling relaxed, balanced, and light.
