Emily Rose-Taylor

Emily's life has revolved around movement from the age of three when she took her first ballet class. She instantly fell in love with it and became a professional dancer aged twenty one. With such a physically demanding job Emily quickly realised the necessity to keep her body strong, flexible and mobile, this is when she first discovered Pilates which offered a low impact but highly effective way to keep her body and mind healthy.
