Emily's life has revolved around movement from the age of three when she took her first ballet class. She instantly fell in love with it and became a professional dancer aged twenty one. With such a physically demanding job Emily quickly realised the necessity to keep her body strong, flexible and mobile, this is when she first discovered Pilates which offered a low impact but highly effective way to keep her body and mind healthy.make a booking
As Emily moved through her professional dance career she practiced Pilates regularly and realised how effective it was in keeping her body healthy and resilient. She knew she wanted to help others discover this exercise form. Emily became a qualified Pilates Instructor with Physical Mind Institute New York and has loved helping people find moments of stillness and strength through her classes.
Emily lives by the motto 'progress not perfection' and hopes to bring you a step closer to happiness and health in her classes. She looks forward to seeing you on the mat!

£60 per hour - private Zoom session
be sure to not have a heavy meal before your session, but a light snack an hour before to help with energy levels. Be sure to hydrate before and after and bring a towel and water bottle.
