Lara has 20-years of experience in the wellness industry, her work focuses on giving you everyday tools and mindfulness techniques to enhance your mental and physical wellbeing with a tailored programme to meet your specific goals.
Lara has studied and practised yoga, meditation, mindfulness and nutrition, for over two decades and has been a qualified yoga teacher for over 14 years, spending time training in India. She is also a trained and certified mindfulness-based awareness coach and is now qualified as a mentor in this field.

Lara's work works on a foundation of mindfulness, combining meditation in movement and thought and is oriented towards goal setting and action plans. Lara incorporates mindfulness techniques to cultivate greater self-awareness, a sense of calm, increased energy, inner focus, and overall optimism as well as yoga to provide a physical embodiment of mindfulness. Lara also offers mindfulness mentoring for those that want to develop long-term programs to integrate mindfulness practices into their lives

1: 1 Home visits: £100/hour

During a free 20/30 minute phone consultation, I will assess your needs and suggest a package of sessions to develop your tailored programme.
Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared for movement and periods of sitting.
Please come well hydrated and do not eat/drink caffeine for 1 hour before the session commences.
