Lara O'Rorke

Lara has 20-years of experience in the wellness industry, her work focuses on giving you everyday tools and mindfulness techniques to enhance your mental and physical wellbeing with a tailored programme to meet your specific goals. 

Lara has studied and practised yoga, meditation, mindfulness and nutrition, for over two decades and has been a qualified yoga teacher for over 14 years, spending time training in India. She is also a trained and certified mindfulness-based awareness coach and is now qualified as a mentor in this field.
