Lisa is a certified holistic healer and energy worker, she uses hypnotherapy, shamanic practice and reiki, combined with her own intuitive wisdom to help people reconnect with their purpose and find fulfilment. 

Lisa has been trained in a wide range of methodologies. Her work comprises a mix of hypnotherapy, shamanic practice, and the body-based energy work of reiki, combined with her own deep intuitive wisdom. These are brought together in a holistic programme encompassing the intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual realms.

More recently Lisa has discovered the powerful practive of Inner Dance. One of four practitioners in the UK qualified and practicing in this transformational and healing technique. Lisa's work in Inner Dance serves to help you embrace the power in surrender, and to rebalance the chakras and your life force energy by delving inward and exploring the universe within.
