Sometimes life is difficult. Issues from the past and present can affect us all at anytime in our lives and leave us feeling unbalanced. Symptoms may manifest in many different ways, emotionally, physically and mentally. This can leave a person feeling confused and bewildered. Talking to a trained therapist can help make sense of certain difficulties and problems, thereby encouraging you to make positive changes and providing you with learning tools to deal with these issues.

A very important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship taking place in the therapy room. This relationship is different from ones you may have with family, friends or work colleagues. The whole scenario may seem daunting but we will build a relationship based on trust. My aim is to give you time and space in a non-judgmental and confidential safe environment to discuss and explore your problems and concerns.
