I've been on a long journey of self development through yoga and physical fitness over the last 7 years and being able to share my knowledge and experience with others is my passion. My main goal is to help people become more in tune with their body and mind and live a better life
When it comes to yoga I take a personalised approach to practice. The type of practice we go through will depend on what type of energy you'd like to create and establish. Whether you're new to practice or have been practicing for many years I'm able to tailor the practice to your specific needs and goals.
My approach to personal training is the same. I like to take a slow approach and build a solid foundation as building a healthy body and mind is a marathon not a sprint.
